
UX/UI Design for No-Code Banking Automation Platform
During my time at Atfinity, a no-code process automation platform for the financial sector, I worked on the UI and UX design for their banking automation tool. Atfinity enables banks to streamline client onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and automate complex financial workflows, making operations faster and more efficient.
Automated Document Management & Verification
I worked on the UX for document generation, organization, and verification, ensuring users could create, edit, and store compliance documents efficiently. One of Atfinity’s key features is its ability to organize and cross-check signed and scanned documents against the system’s stored data. The platform automatically verifies whether critical details, such as client information, signatures, and compliance fields, match the records, reducing manual review efforts and ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. This streamlined approach makes document management more efficient, error-free, and reliable for financial institutions.
Key Contributions
Dashboard & Workflow Design
I designed intuitive dashboards and workflow management tools that help users visualize and control automated banking processes. The goal was to create a clear, structured interface that simplifies complex workflows and improves decision-making.
UI Standardization & Consistency
I contributed to defining and standardizing key UI components, including layout patterns, iconography, and color schemes. By creating a unified design system, we improved usability and ensured a cohesive visual identity across the platform.
Client Collaboration & Quality Assurance
Throughout my year at Atfinity, I was also actively involved in gathering requirements from clients to ensure the platform met their needs. By engaging directly with users, I gained valuable insights into their workflows and challenges, which helped refine the UI/UX design to better support real-world use cases.
In addition to design work, I contributed to client education, helping users understand and effectively navigate the software. This included guiding them through key features, workflow customization, and best practices for maximizing automation efficiency.
I was also involved in quality assurance, ensuring that new designs and features were intuitive, functional, and free of usability issues before deployment. Through testing and iterative feedback, I helped maintain a high standard of usability and performance across the platform.
Through these efforts, I helped enhance Atfinity’s user experience, making banking automation more accessible, efficient, and visually consistent for financial professionals.
