Icon Library

When I started in Appway I got the task to partially redesign and expand the icon library for the client facing side of Appway, the Workspace. The icons are collected in an extension, and can be used in the solution according to the needs of our clients.

The extension is updated with every release, giving us the opportunity to expand the library and incorporate new icons based on client requests.

The library includes icons for all common use cases, as well as a wide range of finance-specific icons to cover the needs of Appway's client base.

The icons were created in three sizes to ensure they are pixel perfect at each instance. Each size has its own design, with larger icons allowing for more detail. A full size range is then generated from the two larger sizes, which are used in the extension.

The icons were designed in both linear and solid versions offering our clients more flexibility and help them choose the style that best suits their brand.
